1- Look Through the Available Homes Online

This year, we are asking every prospect to begin your house hunting by looking through our available homes. We hope that our online videos and pictures will help you narrow down your search to 1-2 (maybe 3) homes that you and your roommates like most. We can also set up a phone call group chat to walk you through some of the homes that might be a good fit for you.

2- Apply Online / Schedule a Tour

Once you have looked through our available homes you have two ways to begin. (1) You may apply for your favorite homes and then immediately get a tour within 3-4 days or (2) you may wait to take a tour before you apply. We start accepting applications in late August and we begin in person tours in mid September. Many people are applying first because we work with our applicants on a first come first serve basis and you can apply for up to 3 homes on a single application. If you apply first, we will promptly schedule an in person tour. After seeing the home(s) in person, if something doesn’t look or feel quite right, we will refund your application fee. If you prefer to tour in person before applying, we ask that you narrow down your search online and pick out the top 1-2 (maybe 3) homes that work for you and your roommates. Once you have narrowed down your search, you may go ahead and schedule a tour time through our Online Tour Calendar.

How to Apply – Scroll through the houses below and click the apply now button for the home that you want. Each future resident in your group will need to fill out an application completely and include a copy of a valid ID. When applying you can list 2nd & 3rd choice homes, you don’t need to apply again, and the application fee is paid when the application is submitted. When we receive your application, we will send you a welcome text with some friendly reminders and updates about the application process. The rent prices include a $100 concession for the first 6 months of the lease. Almost always this concession is extended throughout the entire lease term.

3- Co-signer App & Guarantor Form

Each parent or Guarantor will need to fill out an application as a Co-signer. The link can be found by clicking the apply now button for the home your daughter/son has applied to. When filling out the application, choose the Co-signer option. Once we receive the application, we will send each parent/guarantor a link to complete the Guarantor Agreement.

4- Portal Payments

After we receive the application(s), we’ll send you and your future roommates an online tenant portal for additional payments to reserve the home. This includes a nonrefundable Reservation Fee ($200 per person), Security Deposit, Annual Vehicle Parking pass ($25, if applicable), and Pet Fee(s) ($400, if applicable).

5- Sign the Lease

After all Parental Forms and payments have been received, you will receive your approval and a Lease will be sent through the tenant portal to sign and secure the home.
